β β β β β First, the auntie that did the cutting had no idea what a long bob is, even after looking at the sample photos, the questions she asked made her sound suspiciously clueless. During the cut, she kept dropping things (definitely more than 4 times). Fringe whilst still long, ended up shorter than the sides (my previous cut was a long bob too, so it was unlikely that my fringe was already shorter). Then, during the hair wash, my back became wet!! And all she did was to use some wet kitchen towel at the counter (which was already torn and looked used) to dab my shoulder before using the blower (instead of the hair dryer) on my head so that she can eat/drink, even though my back was still wet!!! It was only when I insisted that my back was still wet that she stopped and came back to dry my back and use the hair dryer. Besides, have you seen anyone cut with kitchen towel on shoulder? Essentially your clothes are meant to catch the cut strands
