I attended my first trial class at M.A Ballet under the lovely Principal, Ms Mayu in March 2018 . She was so graceful and inspiring and her class was so enjoyable that I fell absolutely in love with ballet. Since then, I have been regularly attending classes there. Located in the heart of Orchard Road, M.A Ballet is easily accessible. The school has a clean, beautiful studio space with plenty of natural light coming through the windows and beautiful views to behold since it is on the 15 th floor. There is a wide range of classes for adults- from beginner to advanced levels and even private lessons can be arranged. Ms Mayu has managed to cultivate a very welcoming environment at her school for dancers of all ages to learn and grow. Classes are enjoyable. The instructors, Ms Mayu and Mr Koichi are enthusiastic and dedicated. They focus on improving the skills of each and every student in terms of technique, musicality and artistry. This is done in a supportive and encouraging manner which leaves one inspired to keep improving. The administrative staff at M.A Ballet are also friendly and helpful. Amongst the adult students , there is a lot of camaraderie . This is especially evident during the annual concerts when the adult students perform together. Even on a daily basis, the adult students often help and encourage one another . It has been an amazing 3 plus years filled with much joy for me and I believe I speak for many adult students when I say that M.A Ballet is truly our happy place. I highly recommend M.A Ballet to adults who have a passion for ballet. The school can truly help you fulfil your dreams of dancing!

As an extremely late starter in ballet (started only after age 30, never took a dance lesson in my entire life before that), I had been consistently taking multiple adult ballet classes weekly but recently found my technique stagnating and my interest in ballet fading since Covid emerged. It's been only 3 months since I began taking lessons at MA Ballet, but my technique has progressed leaps and bounds, thanks to the conscientious instructors who will provide personalised corrections not once, twice, but repeatedly until you get it right. I highly recommend MA ballet for students who are just starting ballet, both children and adults, in order to get the fundamentals right, as well as teenagers and adults who have been learning for a while, and need corrections to enhance their technique. I have rediscovered my joy for ballet in the last few months thanks to MA Ballet! ?

Amazing ballet school! Started taking ballet only a year ago and the teachers here have been super supportive and are really good at catering to the student's needs! Proud to say my progress in learning ballet has been tremendous thanks to Ms Mayu & Mr Koichi Would recommend to any avid dancers to go for classes at M.A BALLET who want to learn more about this beautiful art form! Every lesson I take, my soul is rejuvenated~ Also, the studio has a very nice panoramic view of the city! Never a dull moment when I'm taking classes there.
