Rosalind Chong's Clinic for Women Pte Ltd - 183 Toa Payoh Central

This is an cheating clinic. It will cost your an arm and a leg. Never ever step into it.

Today I bring my girlfriend to visit Rosalind Chong clinic. This is my first time bring my girlfriend to this clinic that I founded at internet. I feel cheated by this clinic that cost me $510. This Rosalind Chong is very rude and never answer my question and telling my girlfriend do a lot of treatment that we told her that we have done few months ago. The treatment equipment is not hygiene. For those women looking for women specialist is not advise to this clinic. We have blacklist this clinic as unethical doctor.

This is worst gynae experience I ever had....this doctor made multiple tests I never asked, charged me 1000 dollars! And scared me to death. Even if tests accidetly showed some adnormal results, so thanks for catching it quick, I continued with another slecialist as this one had very aggressive methods without much explanation. Plus her charges were much higher than any other more prof looking clinic. The problem in that clinic was even to print me an isurance form and instruments were so old - metal, I haven't seen like this for years! Please try to choose another doctor...

Excellent doctor in my opinion! She takes the effort to explain everything and in detail, which many previous doctors don't do so! She also managed to correctly identify what was my condition, which other doctors I visited in the past always just glossed over, saying it was normal. Then, when I was pregnant, she guided me through the entire journey and allowed me to make informed choices regarding my baby. Thanks to her, I had a normal delivery, and have a beautiful baby girl! God bless. Would highly recommend her to any expecting mommies, and to any women with concerns overall!!!

Not a pleasant experience! This was my first time for a general check up at Rosalind Chong's clinic. The experience was very unpleasant and I would never go again nor would recommend for anyone. She asked me few personal questions (about boy friend and my subject major) and started to criticize that I should know certain things if I were majoring in that field. After few more questions, she asked me to lie on bed for a pap smear test - She did not ask me if I wanted to take one. when I asked he why, she was unhappy and said "Looks like you will not come to the clinic again" and prescribed evening primrose oil. I took the prescription slip and headed to the reception where I was charged a whooping 120SGD for 2 boxes excluding doctor fees (Epoch Pure evening primrose with vitamin E - 500mg 90 capsules) which in fact cost less than half that price. Since I was unaware of the market price I purchased it and I now feel cheated. I then spoke to few others that were waiting at the clinic and asked them about their experience. They had similar complaints about multiple tests and how they are now paying a lot of money and that once they receive the results for the current test, they would visit a different doctor. I feel cheated for the capsules and mishandled by her. If you ever plan to visit her either at her own clinic at Toa Payoh (which is where i had my experience) or at Mt. Elizabeth hospital, please be aware and careful. D
