I was being assigned to M Hotel when I tested positive earlier. I must say I’m really grateful that M Hotel was still open for check in when I reached around 12:30am cause MOH was only able to find a driver at 11pm. The driver told me M Hotel might be the only hotel that is willing to take in a new patient at this hour. Despite being isolated in the hotel room for 7 days, the room was cozy and spacious, facing the seaview, and my 3 meals was served on time everyday and i must say all the meals were very nice. The staff here is so cute that they put a smiley emoticon on the care packet delivered by my husband. This made my day! I have never been to this hotel before but I will definitely love to plan for a staycation in the near future :)

Had been here for a few times in a row. But first time having Weekend Brunch at M2000cafe. With Eatigo , more discount . Good variety of food, from Sunny eggs breakfast, Grilled meat,pasta, Salad, porridge, soup, dessert too. Will come back again. Cosy environment.

This is NOT a review on a stay in M Hotel; but a review on when my C+ friend was serving her isolation there due to residential circumstances. This review is on your Receptionist/Front Desk Operator/Hotline Operator named D (we didn’t get HER full name because she always pronounced it fast, and when asked to repeat, she apparently rolled her eyes at my friend and replied with β€œSo, what do you need?”. This SAME Person was the one who told said friend to always identify our care packages and deliveries to her at the hotel with her Full Name, Room No. and BED NO. since she is sharing a room with another C+ guest. When I called in due to my having already sent out a care pack by courier service BEFORE receiving such info; as a Surprise, β€œD” told me sarcastically β€œMdm, this is NOT a hospital, so we don’t need a Bed Number.” So my reply to her was β€œWell, I’m just literally parroting the info that was communicated by the Hotel to my Friend at YOUR hotel.” POINT: It’s 2 to a room right? I don’t know if your hotel has 2 DOORS and maybe as a 4-star hotel you also provide DIVIDERS in the room so you can DIVIDE them?! Sorry cos I ASSUMED you as a 4-star hotel that our Gov use as a quarantine facility as that efficient. ? β€œD” just sighed and assured me that said care package will be delivered to the recipient. I would like to point out; if you do get to playback our exchange over the phone, that she’d NEVER asked me if there were anything else she could assist with. Good luck with such a Sassy and Sarcastic Staffβ€”I do hope she is NOT the only Front Desk Operator dealing with ALL guests at the hotel.

Went to Cafe 2000 for buffet dinner on 26 June. Not bad. Quite worth the money with 1-1 deal. Service is good too.

I had a great experience being at M Hotel as a venue for my course. The venue was awesome, accessible, well kept, clean and tidy. The food, at their cafe was generously proportioned - I was fortunate to be experiencing both the ala style as well as buffet. I was extremely pleased with the quality of food and service rendered. Although I like almost everything about the venue, environment and location, I had mixed feelings when being engaged by the staff. On the 15th June, I had a request and turned my attention towards the manager (in black suit who was apparently on duty) He was able to address my concern and request, and offered a solution and recommendation for me to ensure that I was not neglected However, on the 16th June, when i requested for a similar favour, this time round, the Manager turned me down with an immediate β€œNo” and does not provide any form of solution for my request. I was confused and slightly disappointed as I was at a similar venue and not too far off from my positive experience, but i wonder why is there 2 different set of outcome from the service managers on the ground? I presume the training rendered is similar and highly skewed towards customer oriented? Just puzzled and confused by this scenario - quite sad that my wonderful experience is charred by such uneventful 1 incident.

Had a great couple stay here! Location is good as it’s at the CBD area which allows you to explore the area during the weekend aside from commuting to work. The highlight will be the brunch at cafe2000. I had a good brunch experience. The service staff, food is great! Recommend to anyone to drop by during the weekend to experience different vibe of the CBD area.

Princess Kay was a wonderful and thoughtful hostess. Made the overall dining experience at cafe 2000 truly enjoyable. Food was great and service was even better. Kudos to the service team as well. Didn’t catch their names but they were attentive, friendly and professional. I’ll be back!

Best service from Cafe 2000 seafood buffet.. i was so impressed how Ms.Princess Kay can be a hostess and serve us at the same time, and each table and guest were really satisfied by her very caring and hospitable manner. And the food was awesome worth it for the price i paid. I will surely recommend the great service! Keep It up.. Hope to have more staff like her ?
