But why do I need to call the Customer Hotline to check and ask for further details? Or even sign up via phone call? I might be a potential customer to even sign up for a bespoke plan or higher tier plan if there’s better value
J	Johann Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I engaged Fonecare a couple of years ago. I requested a like-for-like phone swap yesterday and paid for the phone swap. I arranged for the delivery to happen today. However, upon arrival of your courier, I was told I would not be able to transfer my data from my old phone to a new phone. This was never stated when the policy was sold to me at the time of signing the contract nor stated on the website's FAQs. I think it is quite unreasonable to ban customers from being allowed to transfer their data to their new phone, especially when this policy is not stated explicitly. I would like to seek help regarding this, particularly I would like to be able to swap my phone and transfer my phone data. I am not asking for any discount nor asking for any upgrade, I simply want to be able to transfer the data to the phone I have rightfully paid for.

T	Tony Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought m1 sim from klook. but when I came here to receive the sim, the young staff here did not want to give me the sim, they took me a lot of time, gave me wrong directions, made excuses to refuse and finally told me to go home and wait for the call. lucky for me, a senior named Denny (they call) helped me make sim right there. 5 stars for Denny and 1 star for the boys.

Until the service staff told me they don't handle SIM plan only bundles anymore. I could have immediately go to the phone counter to call the hotline service staff.

Waste Of Time On That Day. Then Also Lousy Answer By Service Staff Who I Don’t Want Mentioned Who Merely Said There Was Another Program. Full Stop. Disappointing, Really.
