★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Damn good service. Help ease my pain of long waiting time to queue. Attended to me almost immediately and I left the shop within 5mins with a SIM card replacement. If I had gone to the orange shop for my orange related matters, normal waiting time 30mins in order to wait for my turn. At least Starhub shop guys they do smile. Thumbs up guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not willing to help a tourist with prepaid card issue onsite. The staff simply gave him a number to call instead of guiding him to settle his question on renewing the data plan. He said they only handle postpaid queries. This gives overseas visitors a bad impression of singapore. Recommend to go to Funan outlet instead .
