But there are many services they unable to provide (according to what i heard other users while i queing) eg Promotional price offerred may cancelled back to normal price without informing even when u still continue using their services and whn u ask why is this so the staff will tell u to que to use a landline services to ask the operator for answer. If thts d case might as well we call from home ,no need que .

Weekdays crowd is low generally estimated waiting time is around 20 to 30 mins.
Weekends crowd can wait from 45 mins to an hour.
Service is great.
Staffs are nice.
They provide M1 eco-friendly bags for purchases.

β β β β β Wanted to port over my number to M1 from other telco. Come to CWP outlet and took a queue number and was told to wait for 45 mins at least. Well, so I went to grab my lunch. Received my queue notifications at 12.31pm, I was immediately rushing back to outlet but the staffs told me that I had missed my queue number! I was told to wait for another 15-20 mins. Come on, it is within 3 mins and I was trying my best to rush back to level 4! Sorry M1, wanted to give you chance again but well, your service is still below par compare to other telco. Will never consider again! Hope you take this feedback seriously. Btw, to be specific, Queue number 3011 on 24 April 2022.

β β β β β Not crowded and you can get hold of the service staff relatively quick. I brought my parents down to have their line port over from another telco to M1 and I don't have to queue cos came on Sat late morning like 11 am and service staff get every done like within 30 minutes, best part is the line gets port over next day! Great service and speedy connection to M1.

β β β β β Staff who served me at the counter was helpful but M1 should really standardise between their online store, shop hotline and in store.. don't say can online then say cannot in store.. In the end also cannot sign the plan I wanted.. gg
