★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t know if I was lucky but my experience was great. Went at lunch time to renew contract and was done in 10 minutes. Queue greeter and service staff who attended to me were pleasant and knowledgeable. Good work.

The Koufu eatery has vegetarian food and it's good. The variety here is aplenty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up for SIM-only plan, however there is some issue to complete activation. The first staff(guy) attending to me couldnt settle it for quite some time and was getting impatient. Another staff(lady) step in and help me resolve the issue despite taking +40mins of countless signing in & out!!! Kudos to her patience & professionalism!!!! ???Unfortunately I didn't get her name....
