Service staff at the popcorn counter was vvv friendly and nice but the staff at the theatre entrance scanning our tickets was not so polite. Theatre was quite clean and spacious although it was q warm.

Loved City Square Mall for its focus on family. The GV here is nicely set up next to Toys R Us and comic collectibles, and a food court. There is a wide choice of food in the lower floors, and NTUC and Don Don Donki too. The GV crew here is earnest and work hard to keep the place clean and ready for safe movie screening. Well done!

The place were I used to watch almost all new movies here.. As this place is quiet convenient for so many eateries it's just located near little india (tekka) and no need to worry.. Either eat the go movie or watch movie then go to eat...

For some reason, even though the movie was supposed to start at a specific time, it didn't, it only started playing the ads and the movie started 10 minutes later. I don't know if this is the new standard, but I think if it is, it's disrespectful to people's time. Play the ads before the ticket time when people are gathering, not at the stated movie time, or at least state it somewhere Good screen though. People coughing the whole time I was watching Jurassic World. Would be great if people like this were refunded and told to leave for disturbing the show and making everyone else feel uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience of the time and I have really enjoyed the movie 1917. The food was sufficient and reasonable price. The seating arrangements are good and sound was great. It was crisp and perfect to watch movie peacefully. You can come earlier and explore the market too..

Was watching Dr strange movie in hall 2 at 715pm today and more than 7 kids who were in the hall continuously making noise, disturbing everybody throughout the whole 2hours movie. I approached the manager (had to wait 5mins while he was serving guest for snacks and drinks at the counter) after the movie and ask about inspection policy and the manager (a young looking guy) claimed that they have check 3 times and have found nothing unusual (The kids were CONTINUOUSLY making noise). The manager then told me for such situation, someone would need to leave the hall and inform the manager during the movie for any investigation and actions to be taken. However by doing so, the person who sacrifice watching the movie will have no compensation as quoted by the manager "it's the same as leaving for the toilet". Keep in mind I had to wait for some time to be able to speak for the manager and the walk from the hall to the cashier is a good 1min+, nobody would then be willing to report in exchange for sacrificing the time to watch movie without any compensation, worst if the situation isn't under control after reporting. Hopefully this policy can be looked into.

A theater with good sound quality and nice sitting arrangements. It's clean and the seats are quite comfortable. It's located inside the City Square Mall on Level 5. Got food options as well at the ticket counter. Easy for ticket booking with additional kiosk as well.
