β β β β β Auntie and uncle were very friendly to explain the differences between each type of bike. During installation, we were invited to inspect the gear and test them before leaving.
We brought our 2 young daughters along and they were patient in allowing us to try out the bikes with our girls.
They also gave us useful freebies too (bike lock, pump, bike light)! Definitely worth the price.
A very pleasant experience. Thumbs up! ?? ?? ??

β β β β β Excellent service provided by Jack. He had been answering all our questions patiently and there is no hard selling. There are 3 bicycles which allow customers to test ride. Highly recommend this hidden gem which offers reasonable pricing. They are having some promotion to give out freebies (helmet, light, oil etc) for a certain minimum spending. Both uncle and auntie had been very helpful and friendly too. A great and pleasant experience in the purchase.

He was very upfront with me the moment I wanted to buy one, explaining that he had to order the bike that i wanted, and the expected waiting time. The day came to collect, all was in order. The staff was helpful too and patient direct and knows whats best for your bike.
Overall the service is smooth and Iβm very pleased. Jackbikesg surely a worthy place for every bike enthusiasts specially for new customer who wants to own a bicycle.

β β β β β The owners were welcoming and approachable. There was a friendly aunty who assisted us and shared with us a lot about the bicycle that suits us the most. They also gave us the freedom to test drive some of the bicycles outside of their shop. I highly recommend potential buyers to come and view their bicycles!
