Although Jacky had to miss an appointment with me on the first visit to his shop, he had informed his team about my intended visit so that the viewing and transacting can continue in his absence. Good first impression. After a long wait, I tested the trifold bike on the day of collection, but it had a shifter problem, which was resolved the next day - no questions asked, no wishy washy negotiations, “I will replaced it, don’t worry.”, was the prompt response from Jacky. Jacky and his team, including his parents whom helped out when needed, have impressed me with their service quality. They attend to their customers regardless how occupied they might be. Jacky and Simha are both well mannered and hold conversations very well. No hard sales was experienced during my visits. They know what they are selling and doing. I would say their products are reasonably priced according to the package of each bicycle’s specs. I would not hesitate to recommend them to potential buyers looking for tri or bi-fold bicycles.

I bought my Crius Velocity on February 27 this year. Jacky is very customers oriented and flexible with my request to mix & match... Tyres, saddle, etc.. I just did my 1st after sales tuning today. It was done by his dad. Short & sharp. Am absolutely happy with my bike. I strongly recommend to support their businesses,.
