Made to Move is a beautiful new studio with a highly experienced team led by Mel Pascual. Mel is one of the best pilates instructors that I’ve had in my 8 years of practice. She has helped me make remarkable progress with my mobility and core strength which has eliminated recurrent back pain. She is eagle eyed when it comes to form and muscle activation and able adjust your position so that you get the most out of every exercise. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to address a specific issue or build a strong foundation for long-term health.

Been working with Sheryl since Dec 2017 when I just moved back to Singapore. She has helped me made significant progress with my frozen shoulder, posture, knee etc through pilates. She moderates my exercises with physiotherapy which helped to strengthen my core whilst working with the different injuries I had over the last few years. Highly recommend her for anyone considering Pilates

Could not be without them. Mel is a highly experienced and attentive instructor. I have been doing pilates with her for at least a year and a half and she has helped to address a range of injury related weaknesses and pain. She has an excellent understanding of anatomy and I really love her coaching style which is very focused on precision, so important with rehabilitative work in particular. She knows when to push you and when you need to have an easier session. Dedicated to wholistic strength, balance and flexibility, Mel is an excellent teacher and I look forward to my sessions with her each week. I highly recommend for both rehab and overall wellness and good body mechanics - important foundations for anyone with an active lifestyle.

Mel is a very knowledgeable and professional Pilates trainer. I have been working with Sheryl for nearly three years. Pilates was recommended by my chiropractor and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I always think that I won’t be able to do Pilate because I have severe scoliosis, but three and a half years ago, the trial with Sheryl gave me the confidence to sign up training sessions with her. As I can’t do normal Pilate exercises due to my severe condition, Sheryl modifies the exercises so that they are manageable. She’ll always check to understand my condition after each training and designs different exercise which also help me in my daily routine. She also teaches me exercises that I can do at home. I believe all these daily stretching and exercise has also contributed to the improvement of my condition.
