β β β β β This restaurant is definitely worth a visit for everyone who loves Maguro. You get to try different parts of the fish e.g. cheek, behind eye etc which are not easy to find else where. In addition, the quality of the sashimi cuts is definitely high. My favourite so far is the tuna sushi set which includes many different cuts of tuna e.g. otoro, chu toro etc. Love that I can use the J Passport app to accumulate points and enjoy special offer and discount.

β β β β β So far, this is the only casual Japanese restaurant (and Kuro Maguro) in Singapore where Iβve had such high quality and fatty tuna, at such affordable prices. The rice set also came with one of the best chicken karaage ever ? for people who donβt fancy tuna, their teritama salmon bowl is great too. Welcoming and friendly service here too!

β β β β β I had the set lunch and did not want the rice. The waitress (Michelle) was very nice to help me change it to salad without me requesting for it. The set lunch was good value. Miso soup, chawanmushi, and 2 mains to select from their list. Overall the food was really good! Sashimi was very fresh and melts in your mouth kind. All of the waiters and waitresses were also very friendly and alert. Thumbs up to their service!

β β β β β Enjoyed the bowl of premium o-toro don at Maguro brothers and thankful to the team for giving me a thicker cut!
Joined the j passport to receive a A1 premium akamai sushi as well!
The negitoro gunkan with uni and ikura caught me by surprise too. Flavours are well balanced and no complaints for the uni as well given the price paid.
Will definitely return as the service crew is attentive and helpful!

β β β β β The best. Love everything. Value for money.
1)Had the set lunch where you get to choose two mains for $29.90. Chose the 2 type toro and the grilled miso maguro ribs. The ribs were surprisingly good! Never tried this before in Singapore. It tasted like collar meat, very tender and full of collagen. A nice change from the usual maguro sashimi and sushi.
2) ordered the aburi sushi set with anago. Everything on the plate was good, big and juicy fish slice on top of the sushi rice.
3) Lasty, had the premium aburi toro donburi. Their sushi rice is great, soft and warm with just the right amount of vinegar seasoning. ?

β β β β β My friend recommend me this restaurant. First time trying Ottoro Don, and I like it so much! It is like a fish version of wagyu beef, the marbling is nice and melts when enter my mouth. The price for lunch set is not expensive. Service is very good, will be back for sure.

β β β β β Really fresh sushi & sashimi. Tried Don set menu as well as sushi set menu. And tried salmon belly sashimi, which was really nice! All foods are really good, and quality is great. A bit on pricey side, but worth with the quality of the food. Not to mention service was excellent! Friendly & attentive staffs. Highly recommend.
