★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to book Majestic ferry to Batam. Informed that I had to pick/book a hotel from a list to qurantine waiting out my PCR result next morning. Arrived at 3pm no dinner given only breakfast next day. Told I was not supposed to leave the room cause under qurantine. The ferries should not list Pacific Palace Hotel in this list. Quarantine hotel without dinner

credit card to work, wasted half a day for a 1 hour ferry journey will not use again very poor customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I called at 3.03pm IDT to enquire about booking/ amendment, was told to visit their counter to process. Arrived at their counter 1hr later only to be REJECTED and told that counter closed at 3pm n NOTHING can be done atm. Why didn't they tell me counter is closed and I shall go over the next day??? They expect me to go back again at 7am next morning!! What a service they have there!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now every trip is full of delay,serving only one harbour (Batam - Singapore) but the delay is horor...
Especially the last trip ferry 18.10 must delay everyday they said "the clearance thing"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experienc3. Reach 3.05pm as per ticket advised but turned away. Then when we take to the staff, they were reluctant to help. Poor service and very bad attitude. Never buy from this company again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ship itself was nice & comfy, with on-time departure & arrival. But some passengers didn’t wear masks at all, posing infection risk to all other compliant passengers (almost 95% passengers wore masks). When I inquired one of the staff, he answered, “They are already free.” Omg, both in Indonesia and Singapore, it is still totally mandatory to wear mask in public transports. Mask wearing is not subject to nationality, but is subject to the law!
