★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was gonna drop a review of how the food here is in dire need of improvement but decided to drop a review on management instead. Please send management (or whoever it is that is managing the replies here on Google reviews) to customer service training. If you don’t know how to reply to comments (even the 1 star ones) constructively, please educate yourself to, because clearly you are one of those automatically-defensive type. No harm going back to school to better your approach in social media platforms on behalf of your company - maybe it’ll help you fix your manners in daily settings too. Oof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was average but service was appalling. We were seated and was very rushed to order. Cutlery were dirty. Drinks didn't arrive until we're almost done with the food. Sink was not working. Not a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience! Two items are only at promo price after 3pm and they can't be bothered to mention this anywhere in menu or the online ordering website. What's stupid is that customers can still order the items which displayed the promo prices before 3pm which is clearly misleading or worse deceiving. The waiter staff checked verbally with us on the order and failed to even inform us that they are not at promo prices!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Ayam Geprek sambal terasi Or any fried chicken is a not to purchase. As seen in the picture, the chicken is very very dry as though it was refried over and over again. I called the waiter over to ask why is the quality of the chicken this way.
His response was, the raw chicken is smashed before putting it in in the deep fryer . He mentioned that if it is not done this way, the chicken will not cook. I told him that it is necessary to check on the timing if it were to deep fry. However he just nodded and walk away.
The Fried Eggplant is also very oily and salty. I can literally see oil dripping out of the eggplant when ever pressed.
I regret trying this place with my family and I will never come to any of their Establishment anymore. Have a look at the pics attached

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is quite good for an Indonesian restaurant. I’ve had better halal indo food elsewhere at a cheaper price too.
Unlike their other regular Dpenyet stall, this outlet serves chicken rice which tasted decent.
I was here on Friday evening and they only had 2 servers on duty. That made things a bit slow.
