★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our first time to support this stall at Koufu westmall. The morning to afternoon shift counter staff we encountered today is not friendly at all. We bought our own containers to take away food, but she asked us to open the containers' lid instead. After that, she put her fingers inside our containers in order to pass it to the kitchen staff, this is because she handles the food containers without the lids as well. Such unhygienic practice is a huge mistake. Her overall customer service attitude is unwilling although no queue at all. Overall disappointed experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ used to be good when they initially started, the food is good, friendly staffs and the food portion is good too. Now after price increased, the food portion shrunk, the staff can be seen picking at the food piece by piece from the same dish , example one piece fish ball, one piece tau pok etc.. in the end left alot of rice without enough dish on my plate. hope they can improve.
