★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chubby dude mentioned in another review is still doing the same. Very rude. Thinks people owe him. Throw the device at me to enter my number but doesn’t say enter phone number or order number. I mean, if you’re mute that’s understandable but he isn’t. Then proceeds to throw items around when finding my item. The face is like everyone owes him one million dollars.
He lacks even BASIC human decency of basic mannerism. I wouldn’t treat another human being like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started collecting my ezbuy parcels here. It's always just a small lady cashier in the shop so it takes a while for the collection. However today there was another man (chubby stomach dude) present, they took a longer time to find my parcel, until he was frustrated. Then he found it and proceeded to KICK IT towards the lady cashier. So this is how they handle parcels and packages, of which some are labeled 'FRAGILE'. Seriously if you can't handle parcels and be organized enough, don't be a collection point for delivery services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 2 pickups from this place and both experiences were equally bad. It was a male cashier who obviously do not like his shop to be a pickup point. He does not respond verbally but just use hand signals. He will not tend to me even if i'm first in the queue but instead serve 4 other people behind me. He drops off the item halfway in the corridor and does not say a word to me. I have to go pick it up and check that it's the correct item. I think people should be happy - so please stop spreading such negative vibes.

As I am a consistent customer .
Male and female cashiers will nice enough to remind me that the thing will going to send back to the store house and needed to collect the item on time . Also at time when I need redraw money they do serve me fast and well I do understand picking and redrawing $ need some time so it better to serve the other customers first as they are fast in pay and go .
