β β β β β Went for swab , the whole process is smooth , took less than 15 min from registration to discharge . Dr is skilful in doing swab as well , not much discomfort .

Otherwise service and process are all great.

β β β β β Horrible my friends went for vaccinate after 2 day left for 2nd dose called to said out of stock. Got to wait 2 weeks to restock. 1st dose period will pass 28 days. That means they have to pay another $25 for 1st dose again.

β β β β β Poor follow up on patient. Took an x-ray last Monday, was told that the doctor will review a few days later, tried reaching them on Friday in the morning and afternoon to enquire on the status but line is engaged for the calls I have made.
The following Tuesday's morning, I called again, this time the call was picked up at the third try. Asked if the staff can help to enquire the radiologist on the report, was told to call myself as they are busy. Most of the time, there are 2 staff on duty, clinic is not overtly crowded on my various trips at different time. Interesting point indeed. Total lack of customer service, and serious lapse in follow up. Would not recommend.

β β β β β Dr Ravin is always very caring and answering my questions patiently. and just got to know he is an emergency trained doctor as well. he is knowledgable and always give useful advice regarding my symptoms. kudos to dr ravin and his team

β β β β β My first jab of sinopharm was done by Dr Ravi very painlessly.
This morning 2nd jab by another doctor was painful, probably done impatiently.
And even through there was no other patient in the clinic i still had to wait for around 20 mins for the doctor to see me...strange.
Anyway, i won't be going there for the booster jab.

β β β β β Horrible experience. Went to the clinic to do ART on the 3rd feb and was told to go home and wait for the message but did not receive any message from them till the 4th feb. Tried calling the clinic countless times but to no avail. Not forgetting the staffs there was so rude when i was clarifying my doubts.

β β β β β I went to pulse clinic few months ago as my body was too weak so the doctor suggested I do some test and in results it was disappointing but he gave me hope that I would recover and then few days ago my parents lost the report but the clinic managed to give me another copy of it. I am so grateful to the staffs and doctors. I would recommend this clinic to many people including the people who is reading this review
