?️ Chicken Bryani @mamu.dapur $6.50 First of all, the serving is Huge! It is definitely good enough for 2 person. But the bryani is really too good to be shared? the stall owner even asked if the rice is enough. ? This is definitely one of the better dum bryani I've tasted as the rice itself is full of flavour. You can just eat it on its own. The bryani came with a Dal curry, correct me if I'm wrong though. I like that it's not overpowering the spice of the bryani. It is so mild that it actually compliments the bryani. ? The chicken thigh is well cooked in curry and the flavour sips into the meat. As for the condiments at the side, the sweetness is super intense. I'm not sure what it is called too but it's is made from orange peel, dates, prunes and garlic if I'm not wrong. I'm serious about the intensity. I almost feel like I'm eating candy. Please educate me what is the name of the super sweet condiment zif any one knows. Don’t wish to state the reason why I give one star. Just becareful and smell first before you eat. Note: The boss is not at the stall on the day. Is a young man who sell at the stall.

Really love their dum briyani both chicken & lamb ones. Taste a bit milder than Indian briyani which is more suitable to my taste. Portion is generous. It comes with acar (sweet sour pickle). The best briyani I have tried in Singapore. The owner only cooks once in the morning. Better to come at lunch, dinner sometimes have closed if they have finished the food. They close on Wednesday.

A neighbour recommended that we try, so we headed there for the bryani. The mutton brynai was pretty good, and the meat was soft and not gamey in taste. The chicken bryani was not as good as the chicken was deep fried and was therefore super hard. We prefer the curry chicken version, but they do not have that here. They do have fish byrani and laksa. Prices were okay, at between $7-8, and the rice portions were huge. The couple running the stall are also friendly.

Had the Chicken Briyani. Uncle was very friendly and even asked if need more rice. The rice was very fragrant and soft. Chicken was quite big and the meat was tender and tasty. The curry sauce was nice but can be a bit more spicy. There is a side dish on the side which taste abit like sour palm. I am unsure what is the ingredients but I saw some garlic in it. Overall it adds a savory taste to the rice. It is located at the other end of the 2nd floor thus might be a bit difficult to locate.

A true hidden gem within Pasir Ris Central Hawker. The dum biryani here is really really good! The chicken and mutton are melt in your mouth tender, the warm steam from the beautiful basmati rice and the sweet orange peel in the achar just makes everything go crazy in my mouth. Highly recommended to try at least once in your life!
