Also the smoked salmon, done just right with that smoky aroma. Also unique prawn UFO which is actually fried wanton shaped like a flying saucer. Helpful & friendly staff who can recommend what to order. Popular during meal times with limited common seating.

The signboard is quirky, and there are newspaper cuttings etc. The porridge was served very pasty, you could hardly spot the rice beads. The guy added a crab meat and was very friendly in serving me the bowl. It did not look like much, but I did not have an appetite in the first place. The first mouthful gripped my taste buds until I was scrapping the the last white bits at the bottom of the bowl. It was an unbelievable seafood congee experience. The porridge was filled with the 鲜甜 freshness of the sea aroma, and the prawns were grilled to perfection before being added into the congee, sealing the smokey taste until you pop them into your mouth....There were 2 large scallops, fresh and juicy as well. This is easily a winner. No wonder the owner is a millionaire.

Also generously paired with a decent amount of prawns, lala (venus clams) & big Hokkaido scallops! The youtiao bits also lent a nice crunch to the smooth texture. The ??? ?????? ?????? might be a slightly pricier option at $9.90, but the portion is reasonable for the price. Really soft and moist flesh with subtle notes of smoky aroma! . ? C	Charles Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generous portion of quality fresh seafood in smooth congee, 4 pieces of large prawn, 3 pieces of huge scallops, scoop of de shelled clams and some mock crab meat. Simply rich but so affordable. Also must try their tea smoked salmon which took hours to prepare and melts in your mouth, and their shrimp wanton which is packed full of prawns. Great experience of restaurant cuisine at hawker price!
