Mandarin charge monthly so you don't have to commit for long term contract. there are also no deposit. there are also prepayment options with discounted rate for 1 month should you choose to opt for 3mth or 6mth prepayment. This place not as new but still alright. With both Aircon and non aircon facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MISLEADING INFO ON THEIR WEBSITE.
Don't ever use the information on their website. The purpose is just to lure you down.
1) They show $105/month (small size). But when we go down to bkt batok branch, they will just tell u this is half locker size and not available in this branch.
2) Super misleading illustration - the image shown on their website small size storage is far from actual size. The actual size will cost you around $300/month.
I actually packed all my stuffs and prepare to move in but was really disappointed with all the misleading information on their website.
