★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained condo, decent location from MRT and bus stops, but not many options in terms of shopping for groceries. Also, quite nosy and it can get smoky created from the temple nearby. Oh ok pool and other amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet apartment complex in a lovely neighbourhood. Conveniently located near F&B outlets and Fort Canning MRT. Units that face the front have an unblocked view overlooking a conservation shop houses. Ample parking space.
