The signboard oursise shows "2 for $10", while the staff says it's not selling anymore. I told them to check the board outside, still promote it as item #3. The response from the guy who claims to be the manager, sucks. He has got poor customer service ability. Poor attitude. While the fires are really tasty, the attitude of the new staffs really spoils the day. My many previous visits was never like this.

The most atrocious service we have received from such ‘award-winning’ establishment, utterly speechless. Honestly we felt cheated and what it feel like to be accused of something we did not do? We paid S$27.90 for “3 salted fries” instead of Frikandel Special Combo S$11.90+S$0.30, MZ Special hotdog S$6.90+S$0.30, Messy fries S$6.90+S$0.30 and Spicy garlic sauce S$1.00+S$0.30. Not recommended!

I was passing by their booth at Holland Village to get fries at around 11.45am when I saw the staff inside vigorously digging his nose with his fingers- first one nostril, and then the other nostril. This is gross and unprofessional, especially since they don't handle food with gloves. I wrote an email to the company, but have not heard back. This doesn't leave me with confidence that they are taking action to improve their hygiene. Never going back there. NEA may need to assess their quality.

Truffle fries with parmesan a little disappointing for the price, feels like I should be smelling more of the truffle and cheese. Looks like just a couple of boys running the show, don't be expecting customer service with a smile.

The fries were good. Does not have the oily feel even after eating a lot. If you want some quality fries here is the place Hotdog bun was only decent.

Fries crave to clock ur calories. They serve not usual fries that u get else where. Pure Holland potatoes yellowy pillow fried properly in controlled temperature. Golden crust coating is their signature. Like dogs on bun, i felt it is worth the try, sausage has good bouncy texture accompanied with the tomato sauce and onion give a nostalgic flavour.

Visited this place couple weeks back. It's located around Holland Village, walking distance from Holland Village MRT. To be exact it's Lor. Liput. This place has a nice small garden with not so many sitting area. The frikandel was something new for us but it's good, the bitterballen was hard on the outside but soft and mushy inside. It could have been better if the outside is crunchy not the hard type of flour. Nothing special with the hotdog, and the last we tried their must have Holland fries that comes with the hotdog combo; it's fresh potato fries, soft kind of potato inside but crunchy outside. Cons. The disposable cutleries should have been put near to the counter to let the customer get it for themselves only if needed rather than serving new cutleries as default since the food is much handy and easier to enjoy with hand rather than their cutleries and the straw at the counter wasn't cover with anything. I don't think we'll come back again, but it's good for exploring Holland food in Holland V.

Very delicious thick fries - crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. It is definitely not your typical fries. However, fries are just fries, so it is quite expensive for just fries. Another that I don't like is they only had outdoor seatings and it is very hot during most time of the day.
