β β β β β Found extraordinary pastries in this little bakery that is newly opened. Tried their signature Kori Lemon ($8.50) which is meant to be served frozen. The refreshing citrusy lemon curd and the tart base (fused with white chocolate) go really well together. Love how their pastries are made mini, for the calorie-conscious sweet tooth folks ?

β β β β β The Kori lemon cake is absolutely divine! The super refreshing and tangy lemon curd pairs well with the hint of salt from the crunchy white chocolate almond base! Once you start, you really can't stop and before you know it, you have finished the whole cake! It's suitable for the whole family and even my mum loved it and she's a hard one to please! Would love to go back to try their other creations! ?

β β β β β I stumbled on the Cake Bar while waiting for my haircut in Holland V. I decided to take away a few of their cakes for dessert at home with the family.
I was instructed specifically to keep the Kori Lemon cake in the freezer until we were ready to consume it⦠and we were certainly not disappointed. The combination of the tangy lemon filling with the crunchy base was just divine.
The Banana Walnut cake and Pecan Pie were delicious too! But the star was definitely the Kori Lemon cake! Highly recommended.
