★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t go to the one at Dover Road. The workers dare are bloody rude. They don’t acknowledge your order and if we are to repeat there, they would tell you off. Happened many times. The meat are very salty including the rice. Maybe can try other locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the char siew and roasted pork. Both are absolute delicacy. Roasted pork has even part of meat and fat, skin is very crispy too.
Char siew is superb! I'm a roasted pork fan, but this char siew changed my mind. The char siew is a bit burnt which gave a smoky flavor to it, marinated and cooked really well with a good layered meat and fat. Brilliant! Love it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 华师傅, I must say your quality is quite consistent. And I must recommend your stall again. Tasty roast pork, roast duck and soy chicken, all are tasty and nicely cut. My order is always the same: 叉烧 烧肉 烧鸭 for 3 but 2 rice and add vegetable. The black sauce & chilli sauce are the perfect companion for the meat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the food here, the roast meat tastes great and the rice is fragrant. That’s why I’m giving this place 1 star, because they are already so crowded with very long queues, otherwise it’s just going to get longer if I gave them 5 stars ;)
