★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Javier is a great teacher who has put in a lot of effort for us.I recently attended his GROWTH MINDSET WORKSHOP and I have greatly benefited.My biggest takeaway is that a growth mindset is very useful and is important to ensure healthy learning.I have also learnt that the power of “yet” is stronger than the tyranny of “now”.
I want to change the way I perceive situations and challenge myself more.I would like to try to push myself out of my comfort zone with a positive attitude.I want to advance towards a growth mindset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Javier has managed to teach and motivate me a lot. In these past 2 months, I can see that I have grown into a better and more determined person. He often shares examples and stories about how we need to put in hard work to achieve things. He showed me that the only way to achieve success is by working for it. Furthermore, in this past one year, I have also seen tremendous change in me. In the past, I was very unmotivated. I would not put in the extra effort to study. The only thing I did was to do my school homework. However, after attending Mr. Javier's classes, I started to put in more effort. Now, I do my assessment books, homework and revise and even study whenever I can, all thanks to the motivation by Mr. Javier. Due to the trust Mr. Javier has in me, I have managed to improve my grades to achieve the grades I want.
