My personal experience with Matrix was a good one in the end,my concern of workmanship and estatic was well done.At first, von would always shun off my ideas and it was pretty frustrating but i sincerely thanks her for her great patience to explain to me and my hubby.The outcome was fantastic and functional.Thank you Matrix and team,especially von for her professional opinion.

My ID is Voncey, a very responsive lady ,she will give many ideas and a very patient one. i was uncertain as this was my 3rd renovation and the previous ones are all male ID. She is very meticulous and the initial stage we do have some disagreement on the design etc but she is experience enough to bring me back to reality. Now i find my home cosy and functional.

I had a very bad experience with Davin Lau, who is the owner of the company, Voncey Tang and Tommy Lei, from Matrix Interior Pte Ltd (Not to mixed up with Matrix Interiors and Contracts Pte Ltd). It was a long 4-year tussle. Matrix engaged unlicensed worker and installed defective and unsafe electrical wiring. After I questioned them, they quickly went ahead to install and seal the full carpentry, concealing the electrical works.  They refused to admit their mistake and refused to perform the remedial work. I had no choice but to hire a new contractor to tear down the entire installed carpentry, rectify the concealed electrical wiring and replace with new carpentry, all from my own pockets. Subsequently, I sued them in Court. (And they had the cheek to file a counterclaim against me!) After a long Court process, I eventually obtained a judgment in my favour on my claim. They even refused to pay the full judgment debt and I had to incur additional legal cost for my lawyer to prepare and file a bankruptcy application against them. Only then, at the eleventh hour, just before the Statutory Demand was served on them, they handed the cashier's order to my lawyer. This is how atrocious they are! Use them at your own risk!! =============== Just would like to update my Aug 2019 review to share something which I chanced upon recently in Mar 2021, though Voncey Tang already had the Carousell accounts for seven years. (I am unable to post the URLs here but you can search on Carousell for her name.) If an interior designer resorts to selling customers' items on Carousell, albeit unwanted ones, it already speaks volumes about his/her professionalism, isn't it? Although Voncey Tang claims to be doing it to recycle and lessen waste, she does sell them for a profit.  She could have just given them away for free (since she has gotten them for free), if her true intent is to recycle and lessen waste. If she claims to be selling the items on behalf of her customers, then you could perhaps ask her to sell your unwanted items for you as a condition to engage her services. I have sparred with her in Court, so I can foresee what she is capable of saying.  She was one of the interior designers for my home renovation.  They used unlicensed electrical worker(s) and installed unsafe wiring.  (Wires which were under-rated and without the earth wire component were installed )  Some of the wiring extended to the open display shelves of the cabinets. Matrix's defence in Court was that I need not switch on the display lights so I will not be electrocuted and so, they are not liable for the damages resulting from the rectification work of the cabinets.  I paid them for cabinets with display lights.  Due to their negligence, I was not supposed to switch on the lights to avoid electrocution.  And yet they said they were not liable.  As my lawyer put it, "a job not properly done is as good as not done". Be mindful when liaising with Voncey Tang and Matrix Interior.

Do not engage Matrix interior, they had few company like Matrix Design ( closing down ) all contract had sign and payment had made. None of the job done. And drag the project for so long now telling company no more and refer you to liquation company.Matrix interior had few company's, what name we dun know, they will ask you to sign contract and ask for money , once contract sign off they will drag all drawing. Now will close the company and said no more and said the rest of their company including Matrix interior also going to close down. Why is Singapore law allow this type of renovation company keep on taking we consumer hard earn money and just disappear. Pte LTD company Singapore had to change the rules. They know the loop hole in PTE LTD law..Hope GOV can do and look into this matters. Once again, Do not enage Matrix interior/Design, do at your own risk.

I engaged matrix for my whole house renovation, its in the final stage now . I'm satisfied with their work so far ,my ID is Von . She is responsible and professional ,whatever is promised is delivered. Electrical wiring according to my hubby is of good quality . Considering my renovation is done during the pandemic , their speed and coordination is impressive. I will recommend their service those who need renovation works .
