I would like to say a BIG Thank You to my ID, Ms Kimly of Renozone Design Pte Ltd, for her outstanding project management skills in my office renovation. We started in Jan this year and wanted to complete it before CNY which was a very tight timeline given to her. Kimly immediately got down to work and started planning out the schedule. She had shown excellent coordination skills and rapport with her team to ensure things ran smoothly and quickly. To our amazement, she managed to finish all the major works within 2 weeks! Along the way, she was updating us daily on the progress and was very quick to respond to our queries and concerns. We also changed our minds on certain parts of our reno (eg. the choice of doors, wall colour, lightings) and Kimly was always there, giving good suggestions and ideas. With her around, we managed to clear many roadblocks that would have caused delays. She is also a friendly and cheerful personality who can put anyone around her at ease. We could discuss with her just about anything small or big, and she will always accommodate to our requests. We are now happy in our newly renovated office, and this could have been possible only with Kimly’s efforts. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a good interior designer! Benson & Doris

The entire team did an amazing job even during the pandemic period. The entire process - collaboration with all sub-contractors were well arranged and provided a tip top condition quality products to every single details. Getting started on home renovation can be a daunting task, much less to pick an (interior designer) ID with a portfolio that matches our renovation wishes. I am lucky that I had found Renozone as our ID. Engaging Renozone are nothing but full of praises. Being as a first time home owner, clueless of what to do. My husband and I had searched for various ID to request for quotations and discussion. Edwin and Ject are the only one who made the effort to reply us and even arranged a venue of our choice (my husband and I had different working schedule) to meet us. We hit off well the moment we met. By telling them a couple of wishlists we hope to have, sharing with them the theme that we are going for. They managed to grasp it instantly. Edwin and Ject were patience and attentive during our sharing. They had even hand-drew some of the ideas that I wanted from one of my wishlist (Island kitchen) during the discussions! I'm in awe on that capability. As many had said, when looking out for the right ID need to have that right connection. And we did, we found our ID after that one meet up. We had decided to engage them for our renovation. The day that we collected our house keys, both of them came down to our house to walk thru & to share some of their proposed ideas with us. Giving us practical suggestions just to meet the set budget that we had. They did not do any hard selling at all and that is what I like about them. And also they had also helped by checking the house defects with us which they don't need to! Very grateful with your sweet thoughtful gesture. After the onsite meet up that we had and within a week or so, the renovation started. They had shared with us the timeline & scheduling of what to expect for the next few weeks, sending us frequent updates and photos of the reno progress. Rectified any issues or problems that we had or found during our visits to the house.They are truly on top of their work. I would strongly recommend renozone for reno. Hi everyone, We have recently moved in to our 2nd home a 5rm Resale unit and more or less settle down already. Hence we like to share our new home photos and great experiences with our ID. My wife and I came up with the design and our ID Colin Phua and Alex from Renozone help us with their advices, input, coordination and experiences. They are really friendly, patient and work extra miles to get our house reno done within 2 months. It's our 2nd time engaging Renozone and we are really glad that things went on smoothly despite during this difficult times of pandemic. It may be a tiring process but definitely worth it when we see the final outcome. This is our home ver 2.0 and is where our heart lies. ?

Colin from Renozone was very approachable, friendly and great to work with. He was very prompt in responding to queries and concerns, and was very hands-on in ensuring that all the works went smoothly and according to schedule. Workmanship was of a very high quality. Very highly recommended!

This review is solely based off the service level of W (not mentioning the full name). Started off as a friendly ID, lots of emoji and asking for our preference to meet and accommodating to a second timing that we requested. On the day of the first meeting, we had arranged for my fiancée to come to my house for the zoom meeting. When we shared that we were ready for the call, she called and said she’s stuck at site and can’t make it for the meeting, asking to postpone to 9pm ??‍♂️ She then kindly offered to move it to somewhere near our house, to make up for her blunder, on the following day at 7pm to show us the materials. And sure enough, a day before, she wrote in and shared that she’s sick and prefers to do it over zoom ??‍♂️ And at 6.40pm this time around, she asked to pushed it back to 7.20-7.30pm ??‍♂️ If you are this busy or can’t keep to a schedule, don’t take on customers, pass it on or keep us on a list - happy to wait, but not be pushed around. We had to meet up physically for the meeting not once but twice, and ended up sitting and waiting on nothing. Please work on improving this level of service standards.

We met up with few designers & decided to engage Jillien as we really like how she is detailed and committed in her works. We already had some ideas in mind and Jillien is able to complement her design with our ideas to blend into our theme. She also brought us around in hunting of the lightings, bathroom fixtures, wall and floor tiles and this really makes the whole experience stress-free. As we have very tight deadline to complete the renovation, Jillien planned and executed and making sure that the major renovation can be completed so that we are able to shift into a movable condition and am really grateful for her thoughtfulness. We are constantly updated on the renovation progress when we could not be presented on site. Even after the handover, she provides post-reno service for rectifying minor glitches and made our house a place we look forward to. We will highly recommend Jillien to anyone who is looking for a reliable ID.

Quality work and delivery on time (in fact completed earlier than planned)! We were always informed for latest updates on the renovation work, and we were given advised down to the smallest details including texture of the materials.
