β β β β β Never gonna use it anymore. First and last and worst experience. Visited twice for collection. Took 1 month to realise they lost my winter coat. Recovery amount not sufficient. Cheque written for compensation spelled my name wrongly. Why do you not even bother to check my name with me before issuing me a cheque? And dare to reply me that "the name wrong you also can't encash". YOU ALSO KNOW RIGHT?!?! Wasted 4 trips with no gains but loss.

β β β β β Sent my jacket on on 10 jan, and was told they will give me a call once itβs ready in approx 2 weeks. Fast forward to 18-Feb, I decided to take some time off my busy schedule to head down and enquire. The first thing she said to me was βεΎδΉ
δΊhor?β Which translate to very long already hor? When sheβs the one who did not even bother giving me a call when the jacket was ready.
She also Damaged my item on jacket, item completely dislodged and missing. Aunty there tried to deny and push the blame to me.
Simply ridiculous.

β β β β β 100% laundry, 80% return. I have been sending laundry with this company for over a year and still we are not treated like we are suppose to be. Lateness in delivery & collection, lack sense of urgency whenever we made the arrangement 2 weeks in advance, the service they provide could only be give a month and a half later.
Customer service horrendous, I have to call them thrice in a week just to even get a slight confirmation on our upcoming arrangements.
Until next week, also don't have realistic confirmation and the process repeats and repeats.
seriously if you care about your laundry don't use this company. 0/10

β β β β β I will never ever go to Fabric Pro dry cleaning in Compass One, Sengkang, not professional, do not know the product well. Sent a dress for dry cleaning and this dress is 100% polyester but was told my dress is silk!!! Wanting to charge me $40 bucks and telling me it will be machine washed and will not be responsible if the threads run out of the dress. ATROCIOUS!!!
This shop will never never my choice for dry clean for all my clothes!!!

β β β β β Usually i goes to the bigger laundry shop at Potong Pasir but want to give a try to this shop at compassone. I totally regret it after i sent for DRY CLEANING! This stain seems to be from ironing and have discolored the new curtain?ββοΈ
Dont expect high standard of cleaning even you pay more for dry cleaning.
