★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow and poor service. I signed up for their Monthly Investment Plan only for them to cancel it within 3 months. So now I'm saddled with odd number of shares that in order to sell them I have to put up with $10 commission fee each. This offer is only valid until December 2019 and should I hold them past the due date I will be charged $40! I have to write off all my counters on MIP. By far my worst ever investment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The helpline, 6432 1888 is as good as non-existent. Called several times at different hours....after waiting, it was put on automated system which was not clear. Sign of an inefficient organisation which is not well managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give them -ve star to show how useless they are. Same experience as the other review. Call 20 times.. No one picked up call. Account is being suspended for no reason.
When tried sending email, it took almost 1 month to reply the first email and never reply my second email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service and turn around time have deteriorated alot. Similar to the other customers, didnt know i shouldnt use ketrade but should use mke and upon selling my shares, was shocked to know i need to notify my broker to get my money as they no longer issue cheque unless told to do so. Wasnt even told to update my bank account account so that i can receive my monies through internet banking. So it has been almost 2 month and i have not received my proceeds for my shares that i sold. Do not use their services unless u dont need your money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't get to your customer service. I have tried every channel (call, email, FB) and still no response at all. Trying many times and it's still the same. It's the same from last year since I open trading account here. Can't get to your customer service to change trading rep who is not working. U deserve 0 star and not 1 star.
