★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old (>20yr) condominium with large open garden and ample parking. Very near to several neighbour malls, such as Hillion Mall, Bukit Panjang Plaza and Ten Mile junction. Serviced by the Downtown MRT line, the Bukit Panjang LRT and the bus interchange. Takes 30 minutes to reach Orchard and 40 minutes to reach Bugis by MRT. Very convenient location. My only complains are the numerous odd angles in the apartments and the small and irregular-shaped swimming pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the condo is very good. You have access of 3 shoping malls. The bukit panjang LRT amd MRT are 2 min away by walk. Overall good condo. The rooms are little relatively small. The gym facilities are not good. Swiming pool is small ok. Too much people are not using it. For walkers its a nice place, you will have plenty of space for walk.
