Disappointing. One of the worst McDonald's in SG. Slow, disorganized and poorly prepared food. Management could have done better. Update 10 June 2022: Have made significant improvements since 3 months ago. Thanks for the effort. Keep it up!

Small and cozy macdonalds located conveniently near 3 schools. Can get crowded during school dismissal times or lunch time.

Patronised this outlet earlier, and after we collected our food, I went back to ask for some pepper and sugar. One of a younger looking male staff who looked like he was in his early teens named Zack and he was like “huh”, after I repeated myself, he proceeded to pass some sugar to me. I then repeated myself with “pepper”, and he passed a few to me, dropping them into my hands unwillingly.

A smaller Mcdonald's outlet than most others, very limited seating on the inside and outside. No dessert kiosk / McCafe either. Recommended to take-out rather than dine-in. Watch for peak timings especially during lunch due to several nearby schools.

Surprised my boyfriend with a Star Wars themed candlelight dinner at the McDonald's near my place last night for Valentine’s Day! Would like to drop a special thanks to Jaline, Rini and Christy for making this surprise a success! (Jaline for doing all the liasing with Christy and Rini, and Rini for spoiling us last night by serving our meals course by course!) Not forgetting the kitchen staff that despite the busy dinner rush hour, helped to plate each dish beautifully! It was truly a memorable Valentine’s day for us both! ☺️ Thank you so much! ?

Small and cozy McDonald's outlet next to the community club. Service is probably the fastest at this outlet, and not that crowded during the peak hour. Came here to order the shake and dip fries and a cheeseburger, and the flavouring was a bit spicy and superb! Would recommend coming here and giving it a try.

Macdonald outlet located inside the community centre. There are both in doors and out doors seating available. Just take note that the indoor seats are limited. The outdoor area is more spacious. Very crowded outlet. You can see residents and students having a meal here. The area has been kept clean. For this particular outlet, this is the first time that I noticed that there are cushions added onto the hard plastic seats. It made the seats more comfortable for customers to sit. The food is the standard Macdonald menu. So no additional comments. The service for this outlet has to improve. Clearly short handed. My order was left on the counter for a while. It seemed that there wasn’t a dedicated staff to bring the food to the customers. Another issue was, the safe distancing measures weren’t enforced: - I saw at least one person with the mask pulled to chin level. - There are people sitting at “restricted” seats. I do hope that Macdonald can do more to enforce the Covid measures, everyone must do their part.
