Food was fresh and as expected. Tried Butterscotch Chicken burger and it was delicious, despite having pineapple in it.

The kind of meal you'll get when you order takeaway - sauce all over the place and less fries!

Slowest “Fast food” ever witnessed. This McDonald’s outlet definitely have some systemic issue, you are guaranteed a 1hour wait during peak hours. Queue number starts to appear as “Now Preparing” and “Now Serving” probably 10mins after your order and then disappears. You are up on your own to look out whether your order is ready for the next 1 hour. If you try to check with the staff whether your order is ready or missed out, you get a unfriendly reply and dismissal. Good job McDonald’s Potong Pasir! Advise for people who still want to get your meal from this outlet, can use mobile order and collect your meal 1 hour later.

Like Mac breakfast. Happy meal is great, with a nice book with which I can read with my kids.

This mcd was recently renovated and its now bright and clean, giving the premium vibe with the leather seats. Food is definitely without question, just that this is quite a busy branch serving the surrounding estates and delivery.. at peak hours do expect a wait. Will go back there for a weekend breakfast with my kids for sure.

I'm a regular customer here because, I just live nearby. And my kids love Mcdonalds. My worst experience with them when I ordered thru McDelivery. I have 1 missing item. I called them and this staff that telling me that she don't have an order from my address, and I asked her if she can help me where to call and check the order nos. But she refused, telling me she cannot help me and she don't know. She was in a hurry to put me down. So, I asked my husband to call in my behalf and after 30mins they deliver the missing item. Just today I went there to order breakfast walk-in. I was waiting already for how long and saw my order the countet staff preparing it. I'm waiting for her to call my nos but she never. So, I thought still have item not ready. She call the other nos. I've waited 15mins already, I was inront of her only but she never call my nos. So, I went to the counter and asked what took so long she said, she was calling my nos how many times already. Funny, I was infrot of the counter only and never hear her she call my nos. And the other nos I heard?? Am I deaf or liar?! I was looking at her when she prepared all the orders then she said she called my nos how many times??? The food already not good as the fries always like heat up! Like almost burn for keep heating up and the service is worst! I, myself working in an F&B industry but I'm not like that to my customer. You have to train your staff!

I love the Burgers ? ? ? McDonalds you are the light that shines when I'm sad. I love your fries and I think they're one of the best. You may know this but I.... I want to be a fry when I grow up. Your customer service is really good. I know this because I work there and I'm extremely nice and good looking. I like the smell of your tables. They smell like food and like lettuce.

Just came home with my takeaway order of 2 Fish Fillet , Milo and garden salad. Utterly disappointed that the manager who packed my order and handed to me left out the salad sauce! Not only was he so slow in service, he is also absentminded!
