★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered for dine in and took an hour before our ordered came. Followed up with Staff whether our order was missed out as we took table service. Staff just answered it's really taking long. Is it supposedly a fast food chain? Disappointed with the service. Never even check the receipt I was holding.

First they directed people to nearby outlets which are closing early as well during their renovations.
Then they seem unable to deal with the crowds .
Waited just over half an hour for my food .
Shutter coming down at 9pm
Was even told im not allowed to order on a previous occasion at 940pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's Macs. Nothing too good, nothing too bad. But I love the new renovated design. Queues can get long and waiting time can extend to 15-20mins during mealtimes since the inclusion of delivery orders, so plan your schedule accordingly. It may be fast food, but don't expect a quick grab if you're headed down during those times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extra ingredient in my orange juice. Mcd respond is super slow., Even after cny. No wonder I found the juicer spare part in my juice. Imagine if it is a toddler who got choked? Is this how your respond be? And what kind of policy is that to only contact thru email and not Facebook messenger? Is it mcd convenient after all this happened?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet is always crowded especially during meal times. Not alot of seats now since there is the 1m social distancing rule.
I tried the new Angus Mushroom Supreme and Potato Wedges. Not bad, lots of mushroom inside. Love the potato wedges more then their regular fries.
