The food is amazing, but the service is bad. The lady at the cashier, short hair very rude. She saw customer standing at the counter, never bother at all. And purposely act busy arranging glasses. Even after see also never approach. Imagine people want to buy food when they are hungry, this is how you guys treat? We are not coming there for free food, to be treated like that.

The prata made were tough to bite but the gravy was of top quality. There were few people to clear the empty dishes at the counter when we returned them. It was messy. The washing basin cubicle is too small and people with broader shoulder could not reach in to wash hands. There was a poor man inside the restaurant harassing people to offer free food or money. The counter staff were fully aware but chose not to see.

Excellent service. I am almost regular customer. Generally it's always crowded during late evenings and one day they missed to pack one of my items. Next day I told them with the receipt and they recalled that they forgot to pack and quickly arranged for packing the nxt day. They never compromise with quality and taste.

Horrible takeaway experience today. Hear me out and I will explain. I was there to order 2 plain and 1 egg prata at around 4.15pm. There were only one other male customer dining in at that time. The female cashier kept on asking me whether I want crispy. I found it weird that she asked but nevertheless said yes. She asked a few more times to confirm and I said "of course I want crispy". I even said "if you have freshly made, why not?" And she never replied. By the way, tell me who doesn't want crispy prata, Right? And it also insinuate freshly made right? But upon receiving the bill, I noticed I was charged 10 cent more for each prata. I quickly took a glance at the menu board above my head and realized I was charged the prata made of wholegrain. At that moment, I knew I was cheated. Why did she not use the word 'wholegrain' in the communication? It was an outright lie to get people to buy the wholegrain prata when she said 'crispy'. I confirmed with her whether she meant wholegrain when she said crispy and she admitted. Even though it was only 30 cents more in total to get the 3 wholegrain pratas compared to getting the normal ones, but that wasn't what I initially wanted. And because I'm rushing to fetch my daughter from school, I decided not to argue anymore. It is so disappointing that the staff lied to sell the wholegrain prata which I assume might not be popular with the general public and probably trying to improve her own sales. It was plain dishonesty. Please guys, this is a true story.. don't fall into the 'crispy' trap.

Ridiculous place. Waited 30 minutes for 2 prata to be told they have no prata. There are also alot of birds flying into this establishment. There is an alternative springleaf prata just across the street at safra. In many of the patrons review shop was told to contact their whatsapp number. That's not necessary cos I'm not coming back again.

The butter chicken briyani was fabulous. Love the side dishes too. Not too spicy at all and perfect for someone who is afraid of the spice! Service was a little messy and disorganised with people cutting queues and cashier being too busy with tasks other than taking orders.

Been around for years now, the go to for many looking for Indian cuisine. ⏰ they have a signage stating it will take 20-30 minutes during peak hours, and we gotten our food 10 minutes in at around 7pm on a weekend Food was good, prata was fluffy the way I like, with a tinge of crispness at different bits - curry was generous too, spicy enough but not too overpowering or powdery. Definitely use the $0.50 vouchers from shopee to enjoy better value off your meal! ??
