★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing cashier / service. We had explicitly called out to have ala carte, but the cashier kept assuming it’s set meal and ended up I putting the wrong selection and blamed the customer.
The same happened to the lady in front of me. Only lucky thing was the lady caught it when the total bill seemed out of whack.
PSA, don’t assume everything is a set meal unless told otherwise.

Butter Sugar Bread - Slab of thick butter and spam of sugar around my crispy bread. Is a Yum.
Coffee was aromatic with the right sweetness and milkiness.
Eggs were perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fitting of a family cafe. The Aunty that takes care of the tables is so attentive to service. Offers ur bag a chair as well. I would bring kids here definitely just because of the Aunty. Spacious cafe with a nice view of the atrium as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya Kun Toast Set prices are UP!! Hope they can maintain the quality as well. But waiting time is too long for kaya toast. We just finish tea and eggs before cool down before can collect for toast. Please improve!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can rate 0 star u will deserve it. I waited for 1 hour just to pack 3 items. And asking 3 times for u staffs is it ready, push me here, push me there, every other grab food riders are gather there, no social distancing at all, everyone is so angry that waited for their food. At the end best my food ready long time ago and u staff never press the number I am 367 only get my food till the number go to 400....lol. I will never and ever step in u restaurant, worst experience at all and still being treated badly by your arrogant staffs. Bravo restaurant.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been visiting this cafe very often to eat in or take out. Recently, the coffee and tea has been badly made. Today's tea didn't even taste like tea. The color looks dark but tastes super diluted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife walked in to an empty table open for any customers. One of your staff auntie insisted that we can't sit on a table of four and wanted us to take a seat facing exterior which we do not want to take those Seats. She made a commotion which made us felt humiliated and everyone was staring at us. I spoke to the manager who knew that I'm a regular here. She came around and said we can take the seat. I told her it's OK we are not eating here anymore and went over to fun toast.
Hope u guys learn something from this. And educate your staff on priority for first come first serve basis and basic manners.
Your in charge was wearing black and she is definitely friendly.

I will feel shy at management level beaten by friendly services opposite your branch.
