★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man at the counter is so rude and kept shouting at us to place our order. Then he kept slamming the plate and food when preparing the food. Very unenjoyable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the fish dumpling soup and the home made giant fish balls.
The giant fish balls were crunchy on the outside and very soft on the inside. Love the chewy texture and it’s not overly salted.
My fish dumplings had prawns in them. So it’s more like prawn dumplings? Nevertheless I liked it. The soup was lightly salted and nice.
One of the few eateries open at 1030am on a Sunday morning! Nice and quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A chinese guy worker was too too rude. Walk in to their outlet to buy some food at 11.30. He rudely tell don’t have anything need to wait 15-20min even the outlet was empty nobody inside. When i ask him what else he have on ready he shouted and yell that he don’t have anything and chase customers out. Maybe that is why nobody wanted to visit the EAT in klp. Behaviour so bad. All the other outlets in klp aware about it also. Management please take action immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 8/6/2022 lunch, we ordered 1 Mee Poh without chilli and 1 Mee Poh soup.
The only staff in the stall served us with 2 Mee Poh with chilli. We told him he had made mistake. He got so angry ? and blamed us for ordered wrongly. He poured 1 bowl of noodles into the basin and replaced a bowl of Mee Poh soup for me. My son had the chill Mee Poh, it was too spicy ? for him.
We can understand and take pity of the poor guy for having to handle all the chores in the stall. And forgive him for throwing tempure at us. But the E.A.T management ought to look into this problem.

Mince pork noodles... With 2 piece of pork and 2 slice of mushrooms.
No pork lard. And very soggy noodles.
Counter staff. Could be a bit more polite.
Especially when your outlet is at kallang wave....
And definitely you have a lot of childrens and kids...
And there are so many children catered businesses around...
But staffs seems very impatient with kids.....
