Not honest in their dealings. Beware of what they promise. They delay delivery and NO apology given when they reschedule again and again and again. I lost count of the number of times they called me to reschedule delivery. They change their schedule as and when they like to suit their own logistics without considering buyer availability. Only buy when you have months of patience. Until now I have not received all my items.

Utterly disappointed with the service from Mega Home. Bought the 13inch height mattress with the store in 2020 and thought it was a real good deal. 2 years later, we were informed that the store can deliver the mattress on 30th April 2022. Guess what? The mattress that we bought and the mattress they delivered is different. The mattress we got is only 10 inches and they tricked us to sign the order complete form and ignored our calls. Would like to warn anyone that wish to buy from Mega home to reconsider and buy with caution. Would not recommend anyone to buy from them.

Utterly disappointed with my first purchase. Made a purchase in end-Jun for a bed/mattress and was told that delivery will take place on 11 Jul. Asked the salesperson a few times whether they got the date right at the showroom but was told that it was confirmed. However, as we were nearing the date, we did not receive any phone call regarding the delivery timing. Decided to call on Sat and was told that the delivery was changed without any set. Was totally surprised that I wasn't informed of the change and was not assigned a new delivery date. When called, was told that the store supervisor would make a phone call before 3pm on 11 Jul. As usual, disappointed that no call was made. Tried to call at 4pm several times but only managed to get through at 5pm. Didn't get to talk to the supervisor as he was engaged but did not receive a callback. Unfortunately, I made full payment and hence it was no turning back. Also, I only saw the reviews. Do hope that something can be done to resolve as all customers are just expecting a sales to be seamlessly resolved with ease. Don't think many of the customers here are expecting anything more than it.
