Don’t ever buy from them. I bought a Wardrobe and released that I over paid. Less than 24hrs I requested to cancel they said no such things as cancel order. They can accept cancel, but will not refund and will not send item! Read their invoice T&Cs carefully, it’s very one sided!

Purely my own experience dealing with this seller : 1) Customer service : Very very bad customer service -Tried to ask politely a few basic small furniture price, but in returns the wear spec uncle showed me a very impatient look and tone while dragging his feet to come over to me to explain 2) Price - Expected to be slight higher than online or other bigger size retail seller since i need urgent use i dont mind, but dont expect it to be so much more EXPENSIVE than online market rate, at least a good 20-30%. This kind of way to do business , cant find a good reason to buy with them.

poor service attitude displayed by the male staff. lots of hard selling. witness another female elderly staff criticizing another china customer asking for coat-rack. no form of gratitude even when customer makes payment for item.

The staff are not so friendly but acceptable. They are generally not too patient and seemingly rushing us to decide fast to seal the deal. The product catalogs are messy. Good if they bother to reorganise the pictures. Price points and delivery service are otherwise satisfactory.

Personally, did not have a pleasant experience here. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Pricing is ridiculously high. Quality is bad. You are better off taking your chances online.

Very disappointed with this shop. Ordered from the shop a wardrobe which they say they would deliver on sunday between 1-4pm, but they were late and did not inform. It was only after we called them which they say that they will only come after 6pm, which we then told them to come on monday instead. They came on the second day with a defective cabinet with scratches and a mark on the cabinet and tried to make us accept which we refused and send the delivery guy back. On tuesday, the delivery guy came and wanted us to pay the 2 delivery man $10 each to bring the wardrove up to our room, which we were not inform beforehand by the boss during the collection of the deposit and placing of the order. We even made it clear that the wardrobe is to be placed on the second floor which they acknowledge and did not mention anything about delivery fee. The two delivery man were very rude and insisted that if we do not pay them a total of $20 and if they damage the wardrobe after they deliver to the second floor, we as customers will be fully responsible. We called the boss whom told us to pay them $20, which we find it unreasonable given that there was no mention in the invoice. Given the multiple failed deliveries which happened, we though we should ask for a refund of deposit which we paid to end the fiasco. However, the boss told us that they would forfeit our deposit by 25% which we refused. The boss said he will get back to us with regards to the issue, but he has yet to do so. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Bad service. Bought an Alter and during delivery, the delivery person scratched my floor deny even after my goddaughters saw it with their eyes. Called to complain and staff push all blame saying could be other supplies when they are the last to come and only item place at that area. If I can, i would give it negative points.

the staff super rude!! de size of the bed doesnt fit well!! i received de bedframe on 6dec & received de mattress on 7dec!! until today no actions taken still say they need to exchange the bedhead for me~ de frame got prob~ worse shop even!! de so call boss super rude!! dont buy from this shop!! ur bedframe will spoil ur mattress!!
