โ โ โ โ โ Poor quality desserts. The hot desserts come from central kitchen and are microwaved before serving. The cold sweet desserts are just full of artificial sweeteners and colouring. Definitely not for people who know their food.

Currently, they are having 1-for-1 promotion for black sesame paste. Tried. Really thick and nice.
There are quite a bit of good choices for dessert lovers.

โ โ โ โ โ I placed a takeaway order for yam cake but was given yam paste instead. I should have checked it. The black sesame paste did not emit any black sesame fragrance at all. I felt like eating black corn starch. The texture of the chee cheong fun was a little stiff.

โ โ โ โ โ Cosy ambience with superb homestly old school favourites to savour! Menu was extensive and we tried the hot desserts Orh Nee and Cheng Tng today as it was pouring cats & dogs! Loved it....sweetness level and portion size are just right. Loved it and will be back soon for some Bingsoo!

As a long time customer of Mei Heong Yuenโs original shop in Chinatown, I was very happy to see it setting up shop in Eastpoint.
Tucked away at the corner on the 3rd floor, customers will find this little joint serving perfect shaved ice desserts.
The staff was very friendly and polite. I did a takeaway of the black sesame paste and the ah balling in ginger soup. Both did not disappoint.
The sesame paste was not too sweet and of the right consistency. The ah balling ginger soup was very fragrant and ah balling was of the right texture.
I will definitely revisit again.

โ โ โ โ โ Newly opened and located at level 3 of east point mall. There is a cozy and comfortable environment for a bowl of delicious dessert. (It is behind Japan Home). There is a extensive range of hot and cold desserts for you to indulge in and some snacks as well to satisfy your hunger. Tried their yam paste and I particularly love it as it is not too sweet and the texture was smooth to sip comfortably into your mouth. Have tried their milk pudding as well and most of their deserts are tasty and delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive to your orders but you be prepare to wait for your dessert when the place gets too crowded. You can also place your order via the self ordering kiosk near the entrance. Will definitely be back to try some of the other desserts.

โ โ โ โ โ Just tried two dishes and all of them are really good.
The yam paste (orh nee) is silky smooth with a balanced sweetness.
The three colour cakes is consisting if carrot cake, pumpkin cake and yam cake. All cakes are steamed, not fried but their tastes are delicious. Actually, I didn't expect to like these kind of cakes. I ate their fried version from other places and didn't really like it.
The carrot cake is one of the best that I tried.
The pumpkin cake is really tasty.
The yam cake is the most average among it but the taste is still above average.
