Best Hawker stall in Singapore

K	KH Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best bak chor mee in SG. Most stalls use lots of vinegar but this stall use pork lard and their special chilli.

The noodle starts from SGD$3 onwards. I ordered the SGD$3.50 portion and it comes with the standard minced pork, sliced pork, fishcake, fishball as well as braised Mushroom. The portion is pretty generous and the soup was very flavorful. The noodle was nicely cooked as well, and the portion of the sauce was just right. Highly recommend this stall for Mee Pok lover.

Even when you order dry noodle version, all the ingredients are added into the soup bowl instead and not with the noodle (I recommend to add $0.50 extra ingredient to the $4 base). I am pleasantly satisfied with the rice noodle (with chilli) as it is soft, of course the crispy pork lard add to the texture and taste. The soup was tasty too, and with good amount of mince meat, seasoned mushrooms and a couple of pork slices and fishball tops up a delicious lunch!
