β β β β β Chelzia and team was superb in their expertise. She is patient and recommend the frame according to individual face shape and the latest tend. Went to adjust the glasses which was badly skewed by accident, the uncle was able to adjust back to almost like before.

β β β β β Been here since 15 years ago back in bedok, still coming here to get my eyesight checked when my astigmatism feels worse. Experienced and friendly boss who doesn't pressure me to buy anything eg type of frame, extra protection against blue lights/ smudge free on lens etc. Also taught me how to use daily contact lens patiently, and I managed to learn it within 20 minutes. β β β β β Services have been equally good and has never dropped in standards since the time at Bedok. Prices has been reasonable over all these years too. Been with them since I was a kid, thatβs close to 20years! Even if Iβve moved to the northern part of Singapore, I still insist on coming back to them for their services!

β β β β β Optician (the boss) is friendly and skillful (years of experience). I made a spec with long and short sightedness in my lens and had some difficulty adjusting to it. I went back for adjustment and he replace my lens FREE of charge.
He was not defensive nor did he blame me; he understood why it's difficult to adjust as he had years of experience and the new lens with that slight adjustment had really helped me in getting used to my new lens. This shop is ethical, friendly and the boss is patient to explain thoroughly. Plus the prices are reasonable and his recommendation for my lens is spot on. Highly recommended!
