Lenskart White Sands - White Sands

The eye test was quite fast and fussfree! However, the readings weren't done accurately and my new lenses turned out worse than my original ones.

I bought 2 glasses from lenskart at whitesands recently. The staff name Elaine did a check for me was like in a rush. She didn’t even explain to me on my prescription and the price that was told to me was actually $148 but when the bill came, she just told me it was $198 and I was shock and at a loss of words and I just paid the $50 extra and I felt cheated. She then said because my degree was above 100 degree which I find it unreasonable and what if my degree was 400? I don’t mind paying extra but the degree was also wrong. The whole process of customer service was rushing and bad. When I collected the glasses, I went back to the shop as the glasses was not even clear. The other optician helped me with my new degree. I realised my glasses was out of shape and slanted but no one did adjustments for me till I went to visit another branch. The whole waiting time was too long also. Need to wait 1 whole week plus for the glasses. I received a feed back link but the link that was sent to me was expired. Can I get back another link?

Was attended to by Jochika. Wasnt pushy and advised on the difference in the lens. Initially wanted to get the entry level lens but decided to go for the high end lens with the 1 for 1 offer. Apparently the online offer and in store offer has a different cost. Spectacles were ready in less than a week. Overall satisfied with the level of customer service and quality of the spectacles.

Staff were friendly and approachable. They helped to act on my feedback promptly and did another eye test for me and processed the exchange seamlessly. The updates through WhatsApp text was very helpful too. Thank you Jo and colleagues.

Booked an appointment online to check on my prescription after my purchase online. The staff were really friendly and approachable. Had to wait 5-10mins as there was a customer before me. I was attended by Jo for my eye test and she was gentle and polite. Thank you for the service!

Jeremy is a good and delicated. He answered all my questions and helped me solved my problem. He is definitely one of the very few Singaporeans that have a good service attitude.
