β β β β β Very disappointed this is my first time purchase and last to visit unprofessional staff who served me without asking if the vision blur or clear after wearing no concern. Never bother to give eyeglasses Microfiber Cleaner Cloth as what normal outside provided. Lousy service not worth no rating.

β β β β β Bought contact lenses cheap with a discount from here. The lenses were very accurate to my degree and astigmatism. It was my 1st time purchasing contacts, and the girl who taught me how to wear them was incredibly patient when doing so, as it took me a super long time to figure out how to put them on hahaha. The employees are very friendly and seem to know their stuff! All in all, good experience, would recommend going here.

β β β β β My husband purchased an expensive pair of oakley glasses recommend by Sabrina. It's only been a month and the frame keep peeling, went back for a suggestion and she gave us a new pair reasoning it was our fault for the peeling. We are both very disappointed in her promise as it was very unprofessional. When purchasing give us good attitude, come back with problem bad attitude. Never coming back again. Not recommended

β β β β β Walked in to this shop at Pasir Ris, thought of just surveying and looking around for specs. Sabrina came and I was so convinced and satisfied that I bought a titanium tie bar oakley. Super friendly and approachable. Willing to give her thoughts and very detailed in her explaination. Will come back again for sure! Thanks Sabrina.

special appreciation to one of the staff there, sabrina. she is absolutely wonderful and courteous from the minute i walk in to the shop until the time i leave.
overall, i had a wonderful experience and will definitely return.

β β β β β Second time purchasing with them,first experience with Lyon was extremely pleasant and well done . Everything was explained professionally and I was very satisfied. Came back for the same service,this time was served by 2 Malay girls. The girl name sabrina keeps insisting I need to change my power but I am very comfortable with the current one. She keeps insisting I buy a higher end lens cost me $500+ JUST THE LENS . Been wearing it few weeks,having bad headache and vision,went back she said I need to get used to it without even checking. Went to an optical nearby my house and they told me my power she given was too much.they changed to my old power.
I seen the reviews about Sabrina and I am VERY disappointed. Pushy ,not professional and most important does not care about youβre opinion.

The first specs I did with them, I felt a slight discomfort with the degree, went back and was presently surprised with her attentiveness to my problem and made me a new pair which is now is so clear and comfortable. Really really very happy with her service and would highly recommend eyes2eyes to anyone looking for spectacles or lenses. Prices are very competitive too! Amazing experience!
