β β β β β I had two staff trying to draw blood on me. A total of three times and not enough blood was drawing out. One of them panicks. She tries to take blood from one bottle to give to another, but blood drips on the medical fileβ¦ a case of mishandling
Else friendly. But everyone is just too rushed. Not sure how this whole screening is ever worth the money
Edited: second visit, counter staff shows attitude when asked for direction

β β β β β The worst medical center that I have ever encountered. I have made an appointment for health check but they took 1 hour for the process to start cause they have entertained walk in customers for health check. The worst of all is that is has been more than five weeks and they have not even sent me the resume after weekly follow ups. Do go there , they are useless

β β β β β Excellent professional personalized service by the team: especially by Aini and Ashahari. The center is immaculate , cozy and the flow was fast, thus making waiting time very minimal. I was totally blown away . Thank you for making my experience such a wonderful one.

β β β β β Went there for health checkup on a Saturday. The wait for registration was rather long although I had made an appointment beforehand and arrived earlier than the appointment time.
They had to draw blood for the blood test, and this was one of the worse experiences Iβve had. The guy drawing my blood drew the blood from my right hand (despite right hand being my dominant hand), and it was extremely painful. I was giddy and light headed and almost fainted but the guy who drew my blood didnβt seem to care at all. Thankful for the counter staff and auntie who kindly gave me some milo and biscuits. The area near the puncture site had bruising which didnt fade even after a few days.

β β β β β Came here for the corporate executive health screening by the company, supposedly valued at $400. Arrived at 10am with an appointment but it is now 12.45pm and I am still here, still waiting and pending one more test to be done. Doctors and staff were very nice but it is too overbooked. The management will have to relook at the entire queueing system to ensure that the staff are not overworked and patients wonβt have to wait for long hours.

β β β β β Donβt ever choose this for your health screen if you have other choices. Very badly operated clinic and the wait is super long. No point of having an appointment as itβs an overcrowded clinic. My appointment was at 9am and Iβm still here at 1248pm. Even to wait for registration it took you an hour. Iβm waiting for payment and I have been waiting for 30 minutes. All of the stations are not connected and end up each station keeps calling numbers that are going through check or screen in another station, completely inefficient and a waste of time. The worst health screen clinic out of many Iβve been.

β β β β β This is the worst health screening centre ever, don't understand why government chose this company for the HDB HPB checks.
1. Appointment date and time was given by the MHC. When arrive the registration time alone was close to 45mins.
2. No clear instructions was given by the nurses or assistants. They will just give instructions like " go to room 7" but actually u are supposed to put ur stack of paper on a plastic folder mount onto the wall.
3. None of the assistant is helpful, can't even take a 30secs to answer my questions.
Conclusion: if not for government health screening, no way I'm paying to come here. COME AT UR OWN RISK.

β β β β β Staff were polite to me and helpful. Centre had a nice ambience, chairs were were cosy and comfortable. I walked in without appointment for my pre- employment screening, but they managed to accommodate me.
