G	Gerald Chew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely one of the best clinic i have even been too. Many doctors out there work just for the sake of making money. But Dr Quak goes all out not only in giving the right medication, he even goes all out to advice regarding food and nutrition .

No explanation and empathy given by Dr Kwek and I think being empathetic is the fundamental trait of a medical practitioner. He only answer you with one word or sentence and just stare blankly at you when you expect more explanation to your condition. Nothing at all. Waste of money and time to visit such doctor
E	Evelyn Wijaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Kwek and the staff provide quality care & service. They listen to patient's concerns and make me feel comfortable. Explanations are given in clear & easy-to-understand manner. The staff are also really friendly and helpful.
S	Shu Jia Chee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t bother if you’re thinking of doing your HPV vaccination (Gardasil 9) here. 1) It’s more expensive than other clinics; 2) Some of the rudest receptionists I’ve seen. I couldn’t call through their phone so I went down to the clinic to make my appointment. When I told them about the phone issue, they just kept insisting that it didn’t ring and that I didn’t make any calls to them. One of them was also rolling her eyes at me and throwing items around. The other receptionist then said something along the line of “let’s see whose phone is the faulty one” (seriously?) before proceeding to call the clinic with her own phone, and realising that there was indeed an issue with the clinic phone. 3) If the first two points aren’t enough, the receptionists scheduled my appointment for the second dose on 10 Aug, only for me to personally make my way down today to see that the clinic is under renovation...The best thing was, one of the renovation guys told me I was the third person who came to ask about his/her appointment. Please avoid this place at all cost.
B	Bryan Chu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website suggests appointment is possible when in reality they are open for short hours and only walk in. Big waste of everyone's time. Customer service email also does not reply when I asked if appointment is possible or not.
