โ โ โ โ โ We were seated by 615 but our food was so slow, only the starters arrived by 7pm. When we finished the starters, the waiter asked us whether he could help us with anything else (as though asking for more orders) ? We shared that none of our yakitori arrived. The first two sticks of yakitori only arrived at 7.30. Apparently the kitchen was โjammedโ. Strangely, the table nearby (which arrived after us) received all their orders very quickly including yakitori.

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent food and service. Tables are well separated so not close to other diners. Not exactly cheap, but good value n big portions, so go with an appetite!

โ โ โ โ โ Food is authentic, forgotten to take picture of the sashimi which is very very fresh! Grilled yellowtail head and cuttlefish are must try items. Laura has been very attentive and gave us great recommendations on their speciality. Will revisit again

โ โ โ โ โ Good quality food and well made yaki food (bacon with enoki, Tori). Vegetarian is a good selection as well (sweet potato, chilli, shitake) and they can customize things for you. The lotus root chips were outstanding as was the avacado maki, fried tofu and salmon don. The oyster was really fresh and presented well but quite pricey at 8+. Overall good is good but be prepared to spent a decent amount of money.

โ โ โ โ โ Great kushiyaki, special mention to tori kushi, zucchini bacon maki and hotate bacon maki. Sweet corn with shio brings out its natural sweetness. Mikawa has an extensive menu. The waiting between orders can be a bit long especially when the restaurant is full. Probably better if you arrive earlier.

โ โ โ โ โ Wonderful choice to enjoy both premium and casual Japanese dishes/ snacks. I absolutely love their fresh and succulent oysters, served with ikura, how fancy! Everything tastes great and authentic. The soft shell crab and salmon head are nice to go with drinks. The lively ambiance does a great job of creating the izakaya vibe, makes it an enjoyable night out. Highly recommended!
