β β β β β Had the most wonderful experience purchasing my bicycle from footloops. Special mention to the friendly staff, especially Mr Hisham, who was so patient during my time at the store. I was there on a Saturday night when it was near closing time but he maintained a cheerful disposition when I requested to try out the bicycles. He was also aware that I had concerns about the bicycle size and went the extra mile by updating me when the bicycle was being inspected. Shoutout to Ling as well who responded promptly to my queries over the weekend even though the store was closed. Definitely would recommend anyone looking for a cool urban bicycle to check out the store. Thank you for the awesome service!!!

I bought 2 Tula bikes last month and I am enjoying them now!
Only thing is 1 of the bikes came with a dented handle-bar cover. Was told that it could have been caused by cable ties during shipping but could always check before delivering.
Nonetheless, Footloops has a great post sale assistance and helped to change the handle bar cover at no cost.

β β β β β I asked for info about their Alpha Adapter for Brompton. They said it's made out of plastic but I found out it's made of CNC aluminum after I did some research. It's a copy of the RAD adapter from BikeFun based in Taiwan. I was disappointed they didn't know about their own product.
I then asked for a shipping quote as instructed in their FAQ. They used Ezy2Ship for the shipping quote and only told me it was under their "minimum of $50 SGD" for international shipping. I checked using the same service and the shipping was $21 SGD. When I asked they said the $29 SGD difference is for packing/transport/admin fees... Then why don't they charge that for local shipping as well?
The estimated shipping in their FAQ was $20-30 SGD for several different countries (they changed it after to $50 SGD minimum).
I didn't purchase from them because they didn't know about the product they're selling and they tried to make extra $ on shipping charges. I purchased from BikeFun instead.

β β β β β Worst buying experience ever! I purchased this bicycle [SOMMER CLASSIC 24 INCH NAVY BLUE 3 SPEED + FREE BIKE LOCK Q5] online during Singapore Covid-19 Phase 2.
1st - When I inquired for dimensions of the bicycle, seller immediately replied no info until the next day.
2nd - When he delivered the bicycle, some parts (including stand) were tarnished. And the basket delivered was of a different colour from the order.
3rd - When he came to polish and exchange the basket, he did not confirm a time and was unhappy when he found out I wasnβt at home.
4th - He managed to fix my bicycle which was parked outside the house but I only came back to realise the stand was loose and parts are still tarnished.
5th - Light was out of battery shortly after a few usages and itβs very difficult to replace the battery with this model.
6th - Gear was not set up properly and I asked to get it readjusted. He said I have to pay for his transport fee or bring it to his Tanah Merah house. I offered to accommodate his time when he dropped by his warehouse at Tai Seng but he simply said itβs only used for warehouse now since Circuit Breaker. Does it mean he will never ever step into the warehouse again?
Overall experience is terrible. I will not recommend to buy this bicycle which is overpriced for the quality and because of the very poor customer service.
