The glasses was ready for collection within 2 weeks. The price was reasonable with cashback which I offset for another pair of sunglasses (safari)..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My best experience in Singapore for changing new glasses! Staffs especially Windi is so precessional, patient and friendly. He is extremely polite and we like his service very much. And they did a follow up message a few weeks after we collect the glasses to make sure all are good and comfortable. This is truly unexpected and touched. Thank you and well done!

A few weeks ago, I made a pair of progressive glasses and was told by the salesgirl there is a promotional discount should i made a 2nd pair of glasses. Went back to collect my 1st pair of glasses today and decided to make the 2nd pair of glasses, another salesgirl claimed that there is no such promotion and started to give excuses. After talking to her for a while, felt that it's not worth the effort. For me, just don't go back to this shop anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited mimeo optical on 9 May for some advices as my current eyewear keep sliding down due to oiliness of the face. Agnes was very helpful to give me advices and exchange a nose pad for me to help with my situation. Her attitude was very good too. I ended up not buying anything from the shop as I can't find a frame to my liking, but I would like to recommend this optical shop as the customer service is very good, and I'm sure the after sales customer service would be good too, especially for an important accessory like the eyewear, which would certainly need adjustments.

Much more thorough in comparison to my previous specs bought at larger shops.

This time round is a special request I had enquired a few 'popular' stores if they do custom lenses. See Piggy for lens shape :) and all of them say no. In my last option as Mimeo is quite far from my place due to they only have 1 store. I called Mimeo and the staff told me that they can accommodate this request.
Ta-da, in less than a week, got my frames (other place) and lens done. Wootz.
