★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If only I knew the owner of the place was not an honest person. We went there and saw an African Grey. We immediately fell in love with it! They said the price was $1300. We went through so much trouble to withdraw the money. And guess what? When we came back wanting to buy the Bird, they told us the price was $1500! They f*©ing changed the price. Should have out 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of their birds (around 80% of them) are kept inside the shop with poor ventilation and no natural light. Some birds were huddled in the corner of the cage, and there was even one budgie that had a deformed, overgrown beak. Several cages were not cleaned properly too. Absolutely shocking conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many songbirds. Wish I can give a better review but the bird cages inside the shop are filthy. Water is dirty and cages look like they are not regularly washed. Birds are not in great condition. Even the baby birds are kept in plastic cages without clean bedding. Cages outside seem better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish i could give more stars but couldn't. The place is very stressful for all the birds. You can hear them making noises due to stress, dirty and cramp cages. it is not good. Very bad environment for the birds. Will considered it as cruelty to animals. I don't mind having a bird in a cage. But putting more tban 3 birds in a cramp cages will only cause stress and shorten the lifespan of the birds. Please guys have some pity on those birds. Give them room to breathe and have let them get some sunlight. Its bad to treat them like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family came here to look at the young birds and it was heartbreaking to see them kept in a cramped cage together. The shop had cobwebs in every corner and the food and toy aisle looked like it hadn't been dusted in ages. Mosquitoes swarmed us from the moment we entered. What saddens me the most is the parrot we took home was placed in a stapled paper bag and had mites, a bacterial infection and worms diagnosed after we brought the bird to the vet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very convenient place to buy my bird feed for my conure and cockatiel. They carry Deli Nature seeds as well a Roundybush Maintenance crumble at a very good price.
This is my regular place for millet spray at $2/pack (2020 prices) and 3 packs with a good discount. I haven't found any other shop that offers this discount in the West yet.
